There is a better way

Changing lives in moments,
not years.

Over half a million Israelis are at risk of developing PTSD. Most will never reach therapy — not because they don't need help, but because help doesn't reach them.

MindReset puts a two-minute therapy session in their pocket. For $99 you can sponsor a year of full access for an Israeli in need — and we match every license you give.

The Need

Millions are carrying unresolved stress and trauma.

Over half a million Israelis are at risk of developing PTSD — soldiers and reservists, evacuees, families touched by October 7th, civilians living under sirens. They carry it home into their marriages, their sleep, their work, their kids.

Most will never reach therapy. Not because they don't need help, but because help doesn't reach them.

The gap

Current solutions can't meet the challenge.

The frameworks built for trauma care weren't designed for the scale of what Israel is facing — and they ask too much of the people who need help most.

Not scalable

Therapy is expensive, slow, and gated by endless waitlists. There aren't enough clinicians to meet the need.

Uncomfortable

It asks people to share their deepest pains with a stranger — often with stigma attached. Many never start.

Unsatisfying

Slow, partial results. Therapy can feel like an endless journey, which makes it that much harder to begin.

A different question

What if therapy sessions could take just 2 minutes?

What if you didn’t have to share anything?

What if it was accessible anywhere?

Introducing

MindReset — therapy that fits in 2 minutes.

A unique eye-movement-based therapeutic method, delivered through an eye-tracking mobile app. Short sessions for stress, anxiety, sleep, trauma, and more — designed to reach people who would never otherwise reach help.

  • 30 years of clinical work — packed into an app

Our eye-movement-based therapeutic method, refined through decades of in-clinic experience.

  • Uses eye movements, not words

No need to share anything. The work happens through the eyes, in private.

  • 2 minutes, anywhere

Short sessions for stress, anxiety, sleep, and trauma — wherever the user is.

  • Full privacy. No login. Full autonomy.

No accounts, no records, no friction. Built for people who would never set foot in a clinic.

How it works

What's actually happening in those two minutes.

  1. 1The challenge

Trauma leaves emotional memory images (EMI).

When something in the present resembles the original event, the EMI fires the stress response — as if the trauma is happening again. Living in this constant subconscious survival mode quietly drives both physical and mental illness.

  2. 2The process

The app surfaces and interrupts the EMI.

A carefully designed flow invites the subconscious to reach the EMI. The app's eye-tracking detects the split-second access, then walks the user through a quick process that interrupts the physiological pattern of that memory.

  3. 3The outcome

    The stress response stops firing.

Once the connection to the EMI is interrupted, the system begins to recover. Each session targets another EMI — and over time, the overall stress load drops. Mental and physical recovery follow.

After leaving the forces 20 years ago, I struggled in many areas… After all this time and money on other resources that just masked my issues, using this app over a short period has made a significant positive impact on my mental wellbeing.

For those of us who have suffered extremely traumatic events — it reprograms your brain to stop dwelling on that memory. Highly recommended for veterans.

The flashbacks and nightmares are fading. I’m smiling more. My family and friends are noticing the change.
User with PTSD
Right after the session, my mind felt empty — in a good way. I tried, intentionally, to think about those thoughts… but they were kind of cut off. I fell asleep easily.
Soldier with PTSD
Around the seventh session, I noticed I simply wasn’t thinking about the problems anymore — as if they had disappeared.

I'm using it to clear domestic-violence trauma, and the fast reset helps so much. Calms me, helps me process.
